A cornerstone of M3 Consulting's practice is the creation of an inclusive environment from top to bottom. M3 Consulting's team has been involved in the business of "opportunity creation" for over 30 years. We have worked within administrations and with clients to seek ways to increase the inclusion of various excluded groups in the areas of procurement, housing, employment, and agricultural benefits. When everyone else stops with the obvious, M3 Consulting continues to search for the opportunity and the solution.
M3 Consulting's team has been called upon regularly by federal, state and local governments and Congressional representatives to share our vision, skill, knowledge and practical experience regarding inclusive program initiatives and opportunity creation. Our services include the design of inclusive policies and procedures, the implementation of program initiatives, and the evaluation of the economic and business impact of new programmatic initiatives.
M3 Consulting has a particular focus on inclusive contracting policies. As the leaders and innovators in developing cutting edge methods for the inclusion of all business enterprises in public and private contracting, M3 Consulting has become a trusted consultant that our clients rely upon to navigate them through the most complex and contentious community, legal, political and organizational issues. Our accomplishments include the creation of the disparity study industry, when our first disparity in Hillsborough County, prior to Croson, correctly anticipated the direction of the U.S. Supreme Court in Richmond v. Croson. Hillsborough, when challenged shortly after the study's completion, withstood the lawsuit. Since then, we have created statistical models that have been relied upon by federal, state and local agencies. We have conducted disparity studies for over 80 public entities. Our methodologies have successfully survived challenges in courts of law around the country.
