At the heart of Dave's strategic initiatives is a comprehensive approach that encompasses disparity studies, diverse spend analysis, and MWBE (Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises) utilization and analysis. Ms. Miller serves as the Chief Growth Officer at M³ Consulting. She is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing all facets of the company's growth strategy. She oversees and contributes to the development of the firm's strategic plans, business processes and business development and marketing efforts. Since joining the firm, she has achieved remarkable revenue growth, expanded M³ Consulting’s market share, and fostered brand awareness and recognition for the company. As a public-facing figure for the organization, Ms. Miller has been instrumental in forging enduring strategic partnerships and positioning the company for sustained growth. Ms. Miller has over 10 years of experience working on M³ Consulting research & advisory projects. On client engagements, Ms. Miller provides strategic advisory services and client & stakeholder relationship management.

A dedicated business and brand builder, Ms. Miller is a serial creator and entrepreneur by trade. Prior to joining M³ Consulting, Ms. Miller built and successfully executed a niche Millennial focused lifestyle & travel brand—CANT STAY PUT. A pioneer in the black millennial travel movement, Miller has traveled to over 85 countries and cities influencing thousands across the globe through storytelling, public speaking, life coaching, and consulting with companies and brands to develop and execute international offerings. Ms. Miller has been recognized by Huffington Post, Business Insider, Black Enterprise, Essence, Blavity, and more.

Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Biology from Howard University and completed 50 credits of Business Administration coursework at Wake Forest University Business School.

Larry Scott is a results-oriented operations executive with strong project management abilities currently serving as part of the Miller3 Consulting, Inc. team.  In his current role of Senior Consultant, Larry leads the tasks associated with the assessment and analysis of clients’ current procurement-related policies, procedures, and daily practices.   That analysis is considered against M3 Consulting’s and industry best practice standards. Miller3 Consulting’s strategic approach to disparity study and economic inclusion-related services requires Larry to include detailed project management along with interfacing with and interviewing specific client staff to determine the extent of the alignment of written polices (and their intent) with the actual “in the field” day-to-day practices.  Mr. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the procurement and diversity/inclusion space -- having served as a procurement director, and as the director for the City of Atlanta’s Diversity and Inclusion Programs across three mayoral administrations.

This 20+ year career pathing makes Mr. Scott a seasoned veteran with respect to supplier diversity, formal contract monitoring, and contract compliance program administration. His experience also extends to contract dispute mediation and union labor contract negotiation.  Larry possesses working knowledge of Six Sigma process control, supply chain operations, quality control, budget analysis and budget administration.   Larry is a confident communicator with the ability to work under aggressive timelines. 

Mr. Scott underscores his wealth of practical real-world knowledge with a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration and International Business obtained from Georgia State University.  Mr. Scott’s knowledge base augments his dedication to assisting Miller3 Consulting’s clients in their endeavors to develop sustainable, inclusive, transparent, and equitable procurement ecosystems.

Ms. Dwyer serves as a Senior Project Manager on M³ Consulting’s research and advisory services projects. She brings a background as a Program Manager responsible for $12M in government and foundation grants, with experience overseeing budget, proposals, vendor invoicing, direct reports, and procurement gained from three years at the CDC Foundation in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining M3 Consulting, she served as a Senior Client Advisor for government contracts to improve the grants process using human-centered design. Ms. Dwyer brings human resource experience focused on sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees and creating organizational policies and procedures for public health and non-profit organizations. Daneilia is a strategic convener, adept in follow up and follow-through and is a solution-oriented collaborator.

Ms. Dwyer holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy & Management from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health & International Studies from Elon University, NC. She obtained a Master of Education Certificate in Instructional Design & Technology with a focus on eLearning Design from the University of Georgia, and holds a Project Management Certification specific to the field of international development from APMG International.

Elaya Walker, a dynamic Freedom Strategist, Motivational Coach, and Management Professional based in the Charlotte Metro area. With a passion for project management, relationship building, and life coaching, Elaya specializes in helping entrepreneurs and professionals effectively manage their brands, achieve brand awareness, and make a lasting impact. As Miller3’s Project Coordinator, she’s created an internal project management system and assists with operational management. She also provides support for production of client deliverables.

Elaya has a diverse background that spans various industries, including digital marketing, property management, non-profit, and international business incubators. She brings over 8 years of project management and coordination experience.

She has a degree in Business Management and holds certifications in Event Sponsorship, Event Management, Personal Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Advanced Leadership, and Life Coaching for Life Purpose. Elaya has had the privilege of working with notable clients such as Cumulus Media, MTV, and Medical Moguls.

Morin Okediji is the Lead Analyst and Senior Statistician for Miller3 Consulting. Ms. Okediji leads the data analysis and data management for Miller3 Consulting’s day-to-day operations and is the right hand to the Principal Investigator. She is skilled in data acquisition, data cleaning and transformation, as well as data visualization and reporting.

Ms. Okediji brings over 15 years of experience as a licensed professional engineer prior to earning her Master’s in Business Analytics from Mercer University in 2020. Morin’s expertise includes exploratory analysis and interpreting trends, multinomial regression, user behavior classification and predictive modeling. Morin is adept in various data management tools including Excel, as an Excel Superuser, with proficiency in R, PowerBI and Tableau.

Prachi Kharat is a Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience in analyzing data from various data sources, automating data processes and building data models. At Miller3 Consulting, Inc. she handles coordinating with clients to collect data, cleaning and interpreting it. She brings her software engineering background to automate day-to-day processes as well as to write code to solve ad hoc issues.

Prachi has a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s in computer engineering from Mumbai University and Master’s in data science from University of the Pacific, California.
