Miller³ Consulting is grounded in 40 years of public and private sector experience, beginning with the legacy of our predecessor firm, D.J. Miller & Associates—a nationally recognized leader in inclusive procurement and public-sector system design.

More than two decades ago, the firm expanded, restructured, and formalized a new generational era, evolving into what is now Miller³ Consulting. That transition preserved the foundation while broadening the firm into a more technical, multidimensional solutions practice.

For clients familiar with the D.J. Miller & Associates name, Miller³ represents a continuation of that same expertise—expanded for modern institutional needs.

Where We Come From

Our foundation was built during Atlanta’s transformative inclusive contracting movement—one of the most successful public management and growth initiatives in the country.

That era shaped how we understand:
