As the leaders and innovators in developing cutting edge methods for the inclusion of all business enterprises in public and private contracting, M³ Consulting has become a trusted advisor and consultant for our clients that rely upon the firm to navigate them through the most complex and, at times, contentious community, legal, political and organizational concerns. Our accomplishments include the creation of the disparity study industry, when our first disparity in Hillsborough County in 1988 correctly anticipated the direction of the U.S. Supreme Court 1989 decision in Richmond v. Croson. Since then, we have created statistical models that have been relied upon by federal, state and local agencies. We have conducted disparity studies for over 150 public entities. Our methodologies are cutting edge innovation and have successfully withstood challenges in courts of law around the country.
